Recurring Cleaning & Staging

  • See photos above and place all decor, plants, glassware, pillows, blankets and furniture as they are in those pics for general cleaning.

  • Fold LR, bedroom & bunk room blankets like listing photos

  • Bunk room bay window pillows placed like pic. Round floor pillow belong on the floor , like listing pic

  • Make sure 2 coffee canisters in the 1) kitchen & 2) upstairs coffee bars are about 1/3rd full of coffee grounds (starter grounds in owners closet)

  • Replace 2 rows of coffee pods

  • Fill all 4 hand soap dispensers in all three bathrooms plus kitchen faucet dispenser.

  • please make sure that all TVs are flat and straight/parallel to the wall like the listing photos.

  • Remove any carpet stains

  • Clean-out vacuum & store in laundry room

  • Put small plastic trash bags in all 3 bathroom trash bins. We have starter trash bags in the kitchen cabs R of the fridge

  • Replace any consumables

  • Break down and store baby high chair in laundry room

  • Dust/clean windows as needed

  • clean appliances w/ stainless steel cleaner

One Time Cleaning - Need Pictures

  • More 1-time pics needed of all items below please...

  • Upstairs master plant under TV needs to be on the right (like listing), not in the middle of the 2 dressers.

  • dust all cabinet doors

  • I still see packaging pics in the bathrooms. Please peel off any stickers/packaging/price tags/dishware you see on trash bins or anything else you see.

  • Top of staircase, light switch wall needs cleaning

  • Clean finger prints smudge marks around all light switches

  • Wipe down dusty wall at the bottom of staircase before a left bathroom

  • The previous owners leaked a bunch of shampoo in the upstairs master bar, right drawer, can you please clean?

  • Clean front door

  • 2  upstairs Master coffee mugs need to be stacked like listing pic

  • Large hand soap starter bottle should be stored in owners closet, not by kitchen sink.

  • 9 Mugs in kitchen coffee bar need to be stacked in 3s.

  • Coffee counter is a bit cluttered, but the caraffe there is great!

  • Sugar canister should be moved to dining table like listing pic.

  • send video to start cooktop to Barb

  • Please dust all in-cabinet high shelves, they missed all 3 bathroom cabinet drawers, & below/above the oven/microwave & kitchen coffee station.

  • Move oven wares from kitchen L to under the oven drawers

  • remove sticker residue from "sugar" canister on dining table.

  • owner's closet has some started items, but those items are for our huge family and those shouldn't be used to restoke consumables, just FYI.

  • Floor pillows in bunk room need to be stacked on top of one another in the back left corner on the floor for kids to sit/lay for a good movie on the big screen, not in the bay window.

  • All cabinet doors need to be wet wiped to remove construction dust

  • Put bed bug protectors on all 6 beds

  • Open IKEA bins and place in bunk room cabinets under the TV

  • The above-clothes closet shelves still have some dust, please clean

  • spray/clean brown stains that the window guys left by window in upstairs master bedroom. Others came right out when we were there, may need another vacuum.
